My name is Jim Fine. I’m an attorney. I’ve been practicing law since 1975 in Kentucky. In 2006, I was fortunate to pass the Florida bar and I’ve been practicing in Florida since then. I’m also licensed in Indiana for real estate closings. My educational background is tax law. I do real estate closings, I do estate planning, I do tax preparation, I do anything that relates to property in Kentucky and Florida, and I can do those closings in Indiana. I have a staff of one extra attorney and four paralegals, and we’re busy all the time doing Kentucky and Florida work and that occasional Indiana closing.
